Ken Drumm is the chef at Js’ Old Town Bistro. Ken brings a wealth of cooking experience to Js’ kitchen; over the past 15 years he’s worked as executive chef at several popular California and Nevada restaurants. He began his cooking career at the young age of 15 cooking breakfast at a coffee shop in his hometown of Lancaster California. After serving in the Navy, Ken got serious about food and launched his career. At Js’, Ken focuses on fresh, delicious and when possible locally grown food with an Italian influence. He enjoys developing menus and creating wonderful specials that he says will have you talking all week. Ken and his wife and two daughters make their home in Dayton Nevada.

Lonna Kealoha, front of the house Supervisor at Jsʼ, is a native Nevadan with a long family history in the hospitality industry. Her father owned the well known Old Globe Saloon in Carson City, and grandparents owned the Stateline Cafe in McDermitt. Lonnaʼs resume includes years as assistant manager for the Station Grille and the Pinon Plaza Steakhouse in Carson City as well as manager of Ibiza Cafe & Wine Bar in Scottsdale, Arizona. Lonna says,
“I watched my family and knew that my passion, my future would be with dining and hospitality!”
